During the first week of April I drove to California to attend a yoga workshop with Mark Whitwell at Esalen. It was a full moon as I drove through the Arizona desert and witnessed a early morning lunar ecliplse. I met some really great people during my week at Esalen and learned quite a bit from a very experienced teacher. I left feeling inspired and rejuvenated.
